We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated CA Intern who has completed their internship to join our dynamic team in Bellandur.

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced CA Intern who has completed their articleship and possesses at least 2 years of experience post articleship (maximum experience for the roll is 5 years). The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Revenue, Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), General Ledger (GL), and Book Closure. This role demands a professional who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the financial health and accuracy of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Payable processes including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee revenue recognition and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Perform regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Maintain and reconcile General Ledger accounts, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end book closure processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits.
  • Continuously review and improve financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Completed CA Internship from a recognized CA firm.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles post articleship (MAX Experience of 5 years).
  • In-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable, Revenue, BRS, GL, and Book Closure.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week.
  • Work from office (Bellandur, Bangalore)
  • Salary Budget (Rs. 3 lakhs to 5 lakhs CTC P.A.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP systems Zoho is a plus.
  • Knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and other regulatory compliances.
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements and audit reports.
