Portfolio Management System (PMS) Operations:

- Manage and maintain the PMS, ensuring accurate and timely updates.

- Perform daily reconciliation of portfolios, transactions, and valuations.

- Generate and analyze performance reports for clients and management.

Miles Software Management:

- Utilize Miles software for portfolio management and reporting.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the software.

- Train team members on the effective use of Miles software.

Settlement with Custodians:

- Oversee the settlement process with custodians to ensure timely and accurate execution of trades.

- Coordinate with custodians to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Data Management:

- Ensure accurate and efficient data entry into the PMS.

- Maintain and update client records, transaction histories, and other relevant information.

Client Reporting:

- Prepare and distribute client reports, statements, and other documentation.

- Address client inquiries related to their portfolios and transactions.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and internal risk management policies.

- Monitor and report any operational risks or irregularities.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with portfolio managers, traders, and other internal teams.

-Communicate effectively with external custodians and service providers.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in PMS operations, necessarily with expertise in Miles software.

- Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and portfolio management principles.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.

- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience working in a fast-paced financial services environment.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to portfolio management and trade settlements.
