This position requires strong communication, financial knowledge, and operational expertise in loan sourcing and processing.Key Responsibilities:- Connect and maintain professional relationships with international banks and financial institutions. - Manage end-to-end loan operations, including documentation, application, and sanctioning processes. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission of financial and project details to banks. - Track loan applications and follow up with banking partners until closure. - Ensure compliance with international banking norms and company policies. - Provide regular updates on loan status, approvals, and disbursements to management.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably with exposure to loan operations or banking. - Strong knowledge of loan sourcing, loan processing, and financial documentation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with international stakeholders. - Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple loan applications simultaneously.
