Specific Job Requirements:

1. Propose & execute strategies to expand our portfolio for generics/specialities via In-Licensing in

In-licensing exposure and he will be taking care of all Emerging markets (ANZ, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, Malyasia, Thailand….)


2. Lead end to end discussion to

  • identify and categorise partners for in licensing
  • analyse market opportunities assessing their value through comprehensive business cases
  • negotiate in licensing, distribution, technology transfer or collaboration agreements
  • schedule regular TC/VC and face to face meetings with licensors worldwide s
  • generate market intelligence gathering products, sources, development status and market formation
  • Business case finalization
  • keep updated track record of licensing projects and payment milestones
  • define the quickest path towards launch bearing in mind the intellectual property scenario and regulatory procedures feasible
  • coordinate all activities required after the signature of the contract till launch of the product

3. Participate in quarterly meetings with the Portfolio department to revise priorities for molecules

to in license/acquire or develop, updating the wish list

4. Prepare every month an update of the licensing activity for HOD.

5. Present the projects to license along with the corresponding business cases to our Senior

Management every month, in order to seek for approval
