Sr. Inside Sales Executive - Digital Engineering & Emerging Technologies

We are seeking a proactive Sr. Inside Sales Executive to drive lead generation and build a strong opportunity pipeline for our digital engineering and emerging tech practice in US geography.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying potential customers and nurturing relationships.
  • Work closely with the Field Sales Team to schedule meetings and set up sales opportunities.
  • Research and understand customer pain points to align solutions with their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM and track pipeline progress.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to enhance outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Any graduate with 1+ years of relevant inside sales experience in the international technology services market, mainly US/Canada geography.
  • Experience in the digital tech industry prospecting and pitching solution-led deals to the CXO's.
  • Ability to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication platforms (via telephone, email & LinkedIn).
  • Understanding of Tech ecosystem and basic concepts like open-source frontend/backend technologies, cloud platforms and related services, POC, MVP, GTM, Microservices, Agile etc.
  • Understanding of tools & platforms like Zoom info, HubSpot, SFDC, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
  • Effective Listening, communication (Verbal and Written) and phone skills.
  • Self-motivated and result-driven attitude with a capability to work independently as well as with a lean and dynamic team.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital tech industry and be able to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. They will also have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
