Traya - IT Project Manager

Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Project Manager with 2 to 5 years of experience to lead and manage technology-driven projects at Traya Health.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, an understanding of the healthcare industry, and the ability to coordinate teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Plan, execute, and oversee the successful delivery of IT projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and vendors to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and meet the needs of the organization.
- Risk & Issue Management : Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression.
- Resource Management : Ensure the effective allocation and utilization of resources (including internal teams and external vendors) to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Project Documentation : Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation, ensuring that all relevant information is tracked and shared with stakeholders.
- Quality Control : Ensure adherence to Traya Health's project management processes, quality standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement : Contribute to improving project management processes and tools, ensuring that lessons learned from past projects are applied to future initiatives.
- Reporting : Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones to senior management and other stakeholders.
Key Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g, Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Basic understanding of the healthcare industry and its technology needs is a plus.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus.
