Meenakshi College For Women established in 1975 & affiliated to University of Madras offering Arts & Science programs with about 3000 plus students.2. Meenakshi Sundararajan Engineering College established in 2001 & affiliated to Anna University offering engineering programs with about 2000 plus students.3. Meenakshi Sundararajan School of Management established in 2000 & affiliated to University of Madras offering MBA programs with about 120 plus students.4. Our curricula thrives on continuous learning while interacting with and incorporating real-world situations and challenges.We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Admissions & Marketing Lead who will take complete ownership of driving admissions growth and enrolment targets across institutions.If you’re a visionary who loves numbers as much as narratives — someone who thrives on insights, systems, and strategy — this is where you’ll make your mark.Job Description: Admissions & Growth StrategyTake full ownership of admissions numbers and enrolment targets — plan, execute, and deliver.Design and lead data-driven strategies that translate into measurable growth.Build and optimise a robust admissions funnel — from lead generation to final conversion.Leverage CRM analytics to forecast trends, identify gaps, and continuously improve performance.Ensure every prospective family enjoys a seamless, high-touch experience from enquiry to enrolment.Marketing & CampaignsDevelop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns across digital, outdoor, and community platforms — all aligned to deliver admissions growth.Use data insights, market analytics, and audience trends to refine positioning and drive results.Manage performance-based advertising (Google Ads, Meta, , etc.) with clear ROI and conversion goals.Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice that reflects our core values and aspirations.Events & Community OutreachConceptualise and execute events that directly feed the admissions pipeline — from open houses to community collaborations.Build strategic partnerships with feeder organisations, and networks to strengthen outreach.Measure event outcomes using data and continuously optimise for engagement and conversion.Digital & Social Media LeadershipLead the organization's digital presence with clarity and precision — ensuring every initiative supports lead generation.Create and curate authentic, data-backed content that amplifies awareness and drives enquiries.Manage and optimise paid and organic social media campaigns with measurable growth metrics.Use analytics to adapt strategy, maximise performance, and achieve admissions outcomes.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead and mentor a cross-functional team across admissions, marketing, and communications.Establish clear KPIs and review cycles tied directly to admissions performance.Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.Partner with agencies and vendors to extend reach and deliver measurable results.Qualifications10+ years of experience in admissions, brand, or marketing leadership.A strategist with an analytical mind — fluent in both creative storytelling and performance metrics.Skilled in CRM management, funnel analytics, and marketing automation tools.A collaborative leader who thrives on results, innovation, and purpose-driven growth.Confident in taking end-to-end accountability for admissions outcomes.
