Job Title : Team Lead .NET, Azure & ReactLocation : Pune, IndiaWork Mode : 5 Days Work from Office (On-site)Job Summary :Zywave is seeking a Team Lead - .NET, Azure & React to lead the development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with expertise in .NET, Azure technologies, React, SQL Server, and Git, capable of guiding a high-performing engineering team, driving best practices, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using .NET, Azure, React, and SQL Server.- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA engineers to deliver impactful and high-quality solutions.- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and efficient development workflows.- Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative engineering culture.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across front-end, back-end, and cloud environments.- Support release management, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance scalability, security, and performance.Qualifications :- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a team leadership role.- Proven hands-on expertise in :1. .NET Framework/Core, C#2. Azure Technologies (DevOps, Pipelines, Cloud Services)3. React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript4. SQL Server (T-SQL)5. Git- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and project delivery.- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Mandatory Skills :- .NET (Framework & Core)- Azure Technologies- React- SQL Server- GitNice-to-Have Skills :- Python- YAML- Terraform- AI/ML exposure- Prompt EngineeringDomain Experience :- Prior experience or knowledge of the Insurance domain is highly desirable.Requirements :Skills : - .NET (Framework & Core), C#- Azure Technologies (DevOps, Pipelines)- React, SQL Server (T-SQL), to Have : Python, YAML, Terraform, AI/ML exposure, Prompt EngineeringDesirable Skills :- Experience with release management and branching strategies.- Exposure to XML, DRI, ACORD Standards, B2B message processing.- Insurance or London Market domain knowledge preferred.- Experience working with an insurance software vendor.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (ref:hirist.tech)
