Zywave is expanding its Global Capability Center (GCC) in India and were looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our growing team.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a core technical, customer-facing role, bridging business needs with innovative technology solutions.Location: Pune, India.Work Mode: Hybrid.Shift: CST Time Zone (7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST).What Youll Do:- Act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.- Drive integration discussions across Salesforce, ERP, Gainsight, APIs, and more.- Collaborate with US-based teams, working directly with Product Owners, Architects, and Were Looking For:- 3-6 years experience as a Technical Business Analyst in IT, SaaS, or Product organizations.- Strong technical understanding of APIs, SQL/Databases, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure), ERP, and Salesforce.- Excellent communication skills with proven customer-facing experience.- Ability to work CST time zone and manage multiple global priorities.Why Zywave?At Zywave, we are global leaders in InsurTech & RevTech, helping brokers and agencies drive growth through innovation.Join us and be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of insurance technology worldwide.
