The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across business and technical teams. This role requires hands-on development experience, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn and work with integration tools such as Workday Extend, Azure Data Factory, Mulesoft, and UiPath.Job Description- Design, develop, and maintain robust API integrations using Python and SQL - Understand business data requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Collaborate with business and technical teams to support data-driven initiatives - Learn and implement development and integration tools such as Workday Extend, Azure Data Factory, Mulesoft, and UiPath - Optimize processes for performance, scalability, and reliability - Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions - Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards - Write and maintain technical documentation for development and integration processesRequirements- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - 4–6 years of hands-on experience in API development, Python, and SQL - General knowledge of integration tools such as Workday Extend, Azure Data Factory, Mulesoft, and UiPath - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamPreferred Qualifications- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments - Background in delivering data-driven solutions within fast-paced, high-impact teams - Certifications in relevant development or integration technologiesWhy Join Pinnacle Group?At Pinnacle Group, you’ll be part of a forward-looking technology team that values innovation, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
