The company provides services across various industries, including digital transformation, consulting, and application development.Role: Data Governance Location: Bangalore Mode Of Interview: virtual Work mode: Hybrid Job type : C2H Immediate Joiner's:15 Day's Experience:6-9 Detailed JD : "Must Have: • Bachelor’s degree with prior knowledge of data governance and data quality is required. • Good coding background on writing complex SQLs is must to participate in data analysis. • Experience defining a governance roadmap, identifying KRIs, defining KPIs, and leading the control implementation. • Experience working with stakeholders on projects to develop strategies and solutions, ideally related to data. • Experience working with a business team to develop functional requirements and translating those into technical requirements is important. • Ability to work in a collaborative manner with stakeholders and drive consensus is essential. • Proficient with spreadsheet/presentation/dashboard tools and ability to learn quickly and adapt to new changes and new challenges. • Effectively partner with divisions across the firm with a focus on end-client value. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Good attention to detail and analytical thinking.Good to have • Prior knowledge of consumer banking and products including cards and loans. • Helpful to understand Fed Reporting Requirements as it relates to FRY-14’s. • May have a software engineering background (not required)."
