About the Organisation
Juniper Green Energy is an independent renewable energy power producer and operator of solar, wind and hybrid power projects with significant experience in conceptualizing, building, and developing renewable energy assets. The company is part of the AT Group which has an asset portfolio worth of approximately US$2.5 billion with global investments in renewable energy, residential & commercial real estate, hospitality etc. The Group has been building utility scale renewable energy projects in India since 2010 and built and owned Orange Renewable, a 1GW renewable energy platform in the past.
Juniper Green Energy, based out of Delhi NCR, commenced operations in October 2018. The business has experienced rapid growth, and it presently has an operational portfolio of about 1GW with an under-construction capacity of 1.5 GW and a development pipeline of close to 5.5 GW of solar, wind and hybrid projects. About the position.
In this role, your expertise in managing and ensuring compliance with reparation and analysis of the balance sheet as part of the financial reporting process. This includes ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and timely submission of financial statements will be pivotal to our company's growth and success. Your keen attention to detail, robust analytical skills, and proficiency in fostering and sustaining relationships will play a crucial role in advancing our finance initiatives and attaining our strategic objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards (e.g., IND AS, IFRS, GAAP).
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (e.g., MS Excel, ERP systems) with advanced data manipulation and modelling skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements, implementing system enhancements, and delivering high-quality financial reporting services in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple deadlines concurrently.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in handling sensitive financial information and maintaining confidentiality.

- Experienced Chartered Accountant with significant expertise in Financial Reporting, Data Analysis, and Financial Planning and Forecasting, specializing in comprehensive balance sheet analysis.
- Established track record spanning 5-7 years in PQE, with a specific inclination towards experience within the renewable energy sector.
- Skilled in fostering effective collaboration across diverse departments within the organization.
- Demonstrated aptitude in utilizing fundamental computer applications, notably Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
