Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Relations NPI Program Manager to cultivate strong relationships with our customers and ensure timely delivery of parts. This role is crucial for coordinating efforts among operations, planning, and internal teams to meet customer needs effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all customer communications regarding delivery and services.
  • Motivate and manage team members to align with departmental and business unit goals.
  • Conduct thorough contract reviews for all purchase orders with cross-functional teams and track action items for closure.
  • Escalate potential delivery risks to operations and planning teams in a timely manner.
  • Communicate proactively with customers about the status of parts and any issues.
  • Prepare and submit monthly and yearly sales reports to management.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to review the progress of new product development.
  • Facilitate weekly and monthly reviews with cross-functional teams to discuss status, issues, and track action items.
  • Ensure smooth communication of customer requirements and updates to operations and planning teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Over 10+ years of experience in NPI Program Management within the Electronic Manufacturing Services industry, specifically handling PCB,Wiring Harness, EMI products.
  • Program Management experience is desired; PMP certification is preferred.
  • Strong people management skills and a proven ability to work as a team player.
  • Excellent ability to form and nurture relationships with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
