Role Type: Team Lead / Managerial Position.- We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Transition Manager / Salesforce Team Lead with strong hands-on development expertise and proven leadership skills.- The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, leading a team effectively, and ensuring timely and quality delivery. Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Salesforce Developers, ensuring smooth delivery of tasks, adherence to timelines, and quality standards.- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.- Oversee project transitions, manage workloads, and delegate tasks efficiently while maintaining accountability.- Contribute to development activities when required, with hands-on involvement in Apex, Visual force, Lightning (LWC/Aura), Integrations, and declarative configurations.- Ensure best practices for coding standards, version control, documentation, and release management.- Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the primary point of communication for project updates, risks, and dependencies.- Drive process improvements, optimize workflows, and support team growth through - guidance and mentoring.- Ensure delivery excellence and strong alignment with client expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications:- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience (Apex, LWC, Triggers, Integrations, Flows).- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, governor limits, security model, and deployment processes.- Prior experience in leading Salesforce teams or serving as a Tech Lead / Lead Developer / Module Lead.
