Job Description Location: Trichy (On-site) / Remote Option Available Experience: 5+ Years in Salesforce Development Role Type: Team Lead / Managerial Position About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Transition Manager / Salesforce Team Lead with strong hands-on development expertise and proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, leading a team effectively, and ensuring timely and quality delivery. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of Salesforce Developers, ensuring smooth delivery of tasks, adherence to timelines, and quality standards. - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. - Oversee project transitions, manage workloads, and delegate tasks efficiently while maintaining accountability. - Contribute to development activities when required, with hands-on involvement in Apex, Visual force, Lightning (LWC/Aura), Integrations, and declarative configurations. - Ensure best practices for coding standards, version control, documentation, and release management. - Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the primary point of communication for project updates, risks, and dependencies. - Drive process improvements, optimize workflows, and support team growth through guidance and mentoring. - Ensure delivery excellence and strong alignment with client expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience (Apex, LWC, Triggers, Integrations, Flows). - Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, governor limits, security model, and deployment processes. - Prior experience in leading Salesforce teams or serving as a Tech Lead / Lead Developer / Module Lead. - Excellent requirement-gathering, analysis, and solution design capabilities. - Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and deliver under deadlines. - Salesforce certifications such as PD1 / PD2 / Admin are a strong advantage.
