About TasseoTasseo (tasseoai.com) is building an AI-powered retail intelligence platform that helps ecommerce and retail brands make instant, profit-focused decisions across demand, inventory, pricing, and promotions.We serve mid-market retailers and e-commerce brands who want to move faster, replacing slow, manual Excel planning with real-time insights that drive revenue and protect margins.Why this role mattersWe’re seeking an experienced Category, Merchandising, or P&L Leader to join us as an Advisor. You’ll help us shape how modern retail teams think, plan, and act and ensure Tasseo reflects how real category decisions get made in the field.What You’ll Do- Provide feedback on category, pricing, and inventory workflows. - Help refine our “instant retail decisions” platform around the daily reality of category and margin trade-offs. - Offer GTM and positioning insights from your experience. - Introduce potential design partners or retail teams who’d benefit from AI-powered decision intelligence.What We Offer- Advisory equity - Early access to our intelligence platformIdeal Background- 7 years in category, merchandising, or commercial leadership roles (Apparel, Beauty, Grocery, Lifestyle, or D2C) - Deep experience in planning, pricing, or revenue optimization - Excited about how AI can empower faster, smarter retail decisions
