Product Engineer – Job DescriptionThis role is with one of our clients, a healthcare technology company that is transforming the revenue cycle management (RCM) space with AI-driven automation, autonomous coding pipelines, and real-time data processing solutions.Location: Bengaluru (On-site)Experience: 2–4 yearsRole: Product EngineerJob OverviewWe’re looking for a passionate and innovative Product Engineer to join our client’s healthcare technology team in Bengaluru. This role requires hands-on expertise in designing, building, and scaling software products within the healthcare or RCM industry. The ideal candidate will work closely with product management, data science, and engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable, and AI-powered solutions that enhance user experience and improve operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities- Product Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software products for healthcare or RCM platforms. - Collaboration: Work with product managers and stakeholders to define product requirements and system architecture. - Technology Leadership: Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing technical guidance and supporting their growth. - Innovation: Implement and optimize AI-driven workflows, multi-agent systems, and full-stack solutions to address complex healthcare challenges. - Cloud & Data: Work on cloud-based architectures, microservices, and real-time data pipelines. - Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality, test coverage, and documentation meet industry standards. - Product Strategy: Contribute to product strategy discussions with innovative ideas to improve platform performance. - Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in healthcare, machine learning, and software engineering.Required Qualifications- Experience: 2–4 years in product engineering, software development, or related roles. - Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline. - Technical Expertise: Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript (Next.js), and Node.js. - Healthcare/RCM Background: Proven experience in healthcare technology, medical software, or RCM platforms. - Cloud Skills: Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms. - System Design: Expertise in cloud architecture, scalable web applications, and event-driven architectures. - AI/ML Integration: Strong experience in integrating AI/ML solutions into production-grade applications. - Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills with experience in agile environments. - Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging abilities.Preferred Skills- Experience with microservices, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps pipelines. - Knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA), data privacy, and secure coding practices. - Familiarity with recommendation engines or predictive analytics. - Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
