Castle Space seeks an astute, digitally fluent, and strategically driven Full Stack - Luxury Social Media Marketing Manager to steward its esteemed portfolio of luxury & premium clientele.This role is designed for a candidate who not only comprehends the evolving dynamics of digital influence but is also deeply invested in elevating luxury brand presence through intelligent campaign design, precision execution, and data-led optimisation. The FS - SMM - Marketing Manager will lead social media strategy, creative and content direction, manage high-value client relationships, and oversee performance-driven campaigns that shape the digital narratives of iconic and emerging luxury brands.Responsibilities Formulate platform-specific strategies (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) tailored to luxury audience behaviour. Map content journeys, optimise for engagement, retention, & aspirational affinity. Maintain consistency across tone, visual language, and brand persona. Lead visual discourse-shaping colour palettes, moods, frames, textures, & story flow. Guide teams to achieve refined aesthetic signatures aligned with luxury ecosystems. Ensure every creative output evokes desire, aspiration, and brand memory. - Architect and implement end-to-end social media and performance marketing strategies for luxury and premium brands. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, deliverables, and campaign direction. Oversee content calendars, creative workflows, and cross-platform execution across Instagram- Meta Ads, and other paid media ecosystems. Manage paid campaign setups, optimisation, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance scaling. Coordinate with design, creative, PR, research and production teams to ensure cohesive brand expression and seamless campaign alignment.Requirements Fresher (Luxury Brand/Business Management degree)/ 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in luxury - lifestyle, hospitality, beauty, or fashion sectors. Strong understanding of Meta Ads, content strategy, and cross-platform audience behaviour. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills; English proficiency is essential (Hindi or regional languages are advantageous). A sharp aesthetic sensibility and an ability to interpret luxury brand codes into digital strategy. Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data, draw insights, and recommend strategic improvements. Confident, client-facing, organised, and capable of managing multiple high-pressure accounts simultaneously.
