We partner with highly skilled therapists who believe in delivering respectful, evidence-based support — right where it matters most: in the child’s home.What This Role InvolvesWe’re looking for an experienced and empathetic Occupational Therapist to join us as a freelance partner and work directly with families in the Kondapur area. If you’re passionate about helping children build independence, confidence, and functional skills through personalized, in-home therapy, this role offers you autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful impact.Your Responsibilities- Deliver 1:1 occupational therapy sessions at the client’s home - Assess the child’s strengths and needs; create individualized therapy goals - Plan engaging activities to build motor, sensory, and daily living skills - Maintain clear session notes and share updates with the Carely team - Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child’s care - Communicate with families in a respectful, supportive, and empowering mannerWhat We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy (AIOTA certification preferred) - Minimum 3-4 years of experience working with children with disabilities (preferred) - Strong communication skills and a warm, family-centered approach - Comfort working independently in home-based environmentsSelection ProcessShortlisted applicants may be invited for a paid demo session with the child. Compensation will be finalized beforehand to cover travel and time.Compensation- Competitive per-session rate based on experience and availability - Payments processed directly by CarelyAdditional Details- Session schedule and frequency will be finalized before assignment - All coordination and communication will go through Carely - This is a freelance/contract role with flexible hours and no monthly minimums
