Company DescriptionWe are working with Pediatrics cases like Autism , ADHD, Cerebral Palsy and Down syndrome from 2019.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Bengaluru South. The Occupational Therapist will assess patients' developmental , neurological, physical, mental, and emotional conditions to develop personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities include providing therapeutic services to help patients improve their independence and daily activities, collaborating with medical professionals and families, maintaining patient records, and evaluating progress to adapt therapy goals as needed.Qualifications Occupational Therapist should able to conduct assessment, Treatment plan, counselling, home program, follow up , report writing.- Proficiency in Occupational Therapy practices and knowledge of rehabilitation techniques - Basic understanding of medical knowledge and its application in therapy like sensory integration therapy, Adl training, group activity, Gross Motor and fine motor skills. - Strong communication skills for interacting with kids or patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams - Experience or interest in working with pediatric patients is preferred - Empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills - Degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field is required. (B. O. T/ M.O.T) . - Relevant certifications or licenses are highly beneficial - Candidate should have ethics and honesty.
