We believe in nurturing young talent and providing hands-on exposure to the entire design process from concept to execution.About the Role: Every project begins with a vision and we’re looking for a Projects Head who can bring that vision to life with precision, creativity, and Commitment.We seek an experienced Architect with strong Interior Design expertise across residential and commercial projects to lead our design and execution teams. This role requires more than coordination - it demands deep design understanding, process discipline, and the ability to deliver beautifully detailed, thoughtfully crafted, and personalized spaces that reflect the company’s standards.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Projects with Purpose• Manage multiple interior design and build projects from concept to completion.• Oversee timelines, budgets, procurement, and deliverables with strict quality control.• Anticipate challenges, resolve issues proactively, and ensure seamless project flow.2. Design & Drawing Oversight• Review all designs, drawings, and detailing before execution.• Ensure alignment with approved design intent, technical standards, and site conditions.• Conduct design coordination meetings with the Principal Architect and design team.• Provide detailing inputs and practical, value-engineered solutions during design development.3. Collaborate on Design• Work closely with the Principal Architect during concept and review stages.• Maintain design integrity and technical accuracy across all project phases.• Contribute creative insights to elevate design outcomes.4. Team Leadership & Coordination• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address issues, and ensure alignment.• Lead design, estimation, and site teams with clear communication and accountability.• Mentor junior designers and site supervisors to uphold GHS standards.5. Client & Site Management• Lead client meetings, presentations, and walkthroughs.• Conduct frequent site visits to monitor workmanship, finishes, and design implementation.• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution.6. Reporting & Documentation• Prepare detailed project progress reports for the Principal Architect.• Maintain accurate documentation, drawings, communication logs, and site records.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – mandatory.• 5+ years of experience in Architecture and Interior Design (residential + commercial).• Strong understanding of detailing, materials, and on-site execution.• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and project tracking tools.We offer:• A collaborative, design-centric work culture.• Opportunity to lead high-quality, diverse interior projects.• Creative mentorship and ownership across all project phases.• Competitive compensation based on experience and expertise.
