Position: Lead Python Developer & Design Architect Experience: 10+ Years Location: Bangalore (Onsite/Hybrid as required) About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Python Developer with strong architectural and system design expertise. The ideal candidate will lead engineering teams, define architecture, drive best practices, and contribute to building highly scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design Lead end-to-end architecture, technical design, and solution blueprinting for large-scale platforms. Define and implement scalable microservices-based architectures. Make strategic technology decisions on frameworks, design patterns, integrations, and performance optimization. Conduct architecture reviews, risk analysis, and ensure adherence to system design principles. Create technical documentation, high-level design (HLD), and low-level design (LLD). Development & Technical Leadership Lead a team of Python developers and guide them through coding best practices. Design, develop, and review high-quality, production-grade Python code. Implement REST APIs, backend services, and microservices. Oversee end-to-end development lifecycle including coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring. Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers. Ensure continuous improvement in code robustness, performance, and reliability. Cloud, Dev Ops & Integration Architect and deploy solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP (based on your stack — can customize). Integrate CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git Lab, Jenkins, or Git Hub Actions. Work with containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS). Implement secure and scalable data storage solutions using SQL and No SQL. Required Skills 10+ years of hands-on experience in Python development . Strong expertise in Django / Flask / Fast API (customize based on your need). Solid understanding of software architecture , microservices, and distributed systems. Strong experience in API design , system integration, and scalability. Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong skills in Postgre SQL, My SQL , and optional Mongo DB/Redis . Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines . Excellent understanding of design patterns, system design principles, and clean coding standards . Good to Have Experience with event-driven architecture , Kafka, Rabbit MQ. Exposure to Big Data , Spark, or data engineering concepts. Knowledge of security best practices in distributed applications. Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams. Exposure to frontend frameworks (React/Angular) is a plus but not mandatory. Educational Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
