Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, expertise in digital marketing and lead generation, video editing capabilities, and some knowledge about property search. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and helping us grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and handling client inquiries.
  • Assist with digital marketing efforts, including creating and managing social media content, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
  • Generate and nurture leads through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and networking.
  • Edit and produce videos for marketing purposes, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with our brand.
  • Conduct property searches and gather relevant information to assist clients with their property needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organized.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and tools.
  • Basic knowledge of property search and real estate market trends.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
