Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Coordinator at our regional offices at Chandigarh and Jalandhar. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, customer service, and financial support. They will also need to possess strong organizational skills to efficiently handle various administrative tasks.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Develop & implement administrative projects, systems, procedures, and policies
  • Admission strategies
  • Monitoring Social media handles & websites
  • Management of events in all academies
  • Ensure that quality educational programs take place in a safe, positive and healthy learning environment
  • Assess staff performance
  • Assist the Head of the School in establishing and maintaining a vibrant and thriving school  Maintains administrative workflow by studying processes, implementing cost reductions, and developing reporting procedures
  • Resolve administrative problems by analyzing information, and then identifying and communicating solutions.
  • Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management, discovering irregularities, and determining continuing needs
  • Experience in administrative assistance and customer service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in an educational setting is a plus
