Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Coordinator at our regional offices at Chandigarh and Jalandhar. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, customer service, and financial support. They will also need to possess strong organizational skills to efficiently handle various administrative tasks.

  • Maintains administrative workflow by studying processes, implementing cost reductions, and developing reporting proceduresResolve administrative problems by analyzing information, and then identifying and communicating solutions.
Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management, discovering irregularities, and determining continuing needsExperience in administrative assistance and customer serviceStrong organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and multitaskAttention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office SuitePrevious experience in an educational setting is a plus
