Job Description

We are looking for a skilled MFG Functional Consultant with 7+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing modules and Oracle EBS. The ideal candidate should possess extensive hands-on experience in implementation and configuration, with strong functional knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes and Fusion Cloud capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing modules, including:

- Work in Process (WIP Discrete Manufacturing)

- Inventory

- Costing

- Bills of Material (BOM)

- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design tailored to client needs.

- Perform system configuration, data migration, and consolidation activities.

- Identify gaps in standard Oracle functionalities and design effective solutions.

- Prepare key implementation documents such as:

- Setup Documents (BR100)

- Functional Design Documents (MD50)

- Functional Test Scripts (TE20)

- User Training Documentation

- Conduct training sessions and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Manage project phases including Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, and

Production Support.

- Assist in transitioning to production and supporting post-go-live activities.

- Perform large-scale data migration and ensure successful conversion to Oracle Cloud.

- Ensure seamless collaboration between technical and business teams.

- Adhere to OUM/AIM methodology documentation standards and best : Mandatory Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in MFG functional consulting, with at least 4 years in Oracle Cloud and the rest in Oracle EBS.

- Minimum 2-3 Oracle Cloud Manufacturing implementations (full lifecycle).

- Expertise in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing modules:

- Work in Process (Discrete Manufacturing)

- Inventory

- Costing

- Bills of Material (BOM)

- Strong experience in :

- Requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and mapping functionality.

- Conducting data migration, consolidation, and conversion tasks.

- Testing, training, and assisting clients in executing test cycles.

- Proficient in creating key implementation documents using AIM/OUM methodology.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of Supply Planning.

- Experience with additional Oracle Cloud functionalities.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) :

- Deliver successful end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations.

- Ensure quality deliverables, including implementation documents and solutions.

- Seamless transition to production and user training.

- Timely resolution of project issues and meeting deadlines
