Position Overview :

- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant with extensive expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud applications, including implementation, configuration, and support for SCM modules.

- This role demands excellent analytical and communication skills to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute end-to-end implementation of Oracle SCM Cloud modules with a focus on Order Management (OM) and Procurement Cloud.

- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution mapping for Oracle Cloud implementations.

- Configure and optimize modules, including Oracle Order Management Cloud, RMA, Inventory Cloud, Pricing Cloud, and Global Order Promising (GOP).

- Develop, review, and finalize key project documents such as Setup Documents (BR100), Functional

Design Documents (MD50), and Test Scripts (TE20).

- Conduct and manage large-scale data migration, consolidation, and conversion efforts.

- Identify gaps in Oracles standard offerings and propose innovative solutions to bridge them.

- Perform hands-on testing, user training, and assist in executing user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles.

- Ensure successful transition from implementation to production and provide post-go-live support.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop reports using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and improve reporting Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in Oracle SCM applications, with a minimum of 3 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

- Hands-on experience with 2+ full cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.

- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud modules with the ability to address complex business scenarios.

- Ability to identify and resolve gaps in Oracle standard functionality effectively.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Distributed Order Orchestration (DOO)

Procurement Cloud :

- Implementation and support expertise.

Technical Documentation :

- BR100, MD50, TE20 using AIM/OUM methodologies.

Reporting Tools :

- OTBI and other Oracle report development tools.

Data Migration :

- Expertise in data mapping, migration, and consolidation techniques.

Functional Knowledge :

- End-to-end processes for O2C and P2P.
