Job Title : MLOps Engineer

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer to join our team and lead efforts in productionizing and deploying ML models in AWS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ML model lifecycle management, including deployment, monitoring, and automation using AWS-native services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure MLOps pipelines in AWS.

- Deploy ML models into production using Amazon SageMaker and orchestrate workflows with Step Functions and EventBridge.

- Implement serverless components with AWS Lambda for automation and event-driven triggers.

- Monitor models post-deployment using CloudWatch, ensuring robust handling of model drift and data drift.

- Build and maintain model monitoring solutions for performance and accuracy.

- Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of models into business applications.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-8 years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or ML Engineering roles.

- Strong experience with AWS services :

- SageMaker, Lambda, CloudWatch, Step Functions, EventBridge

- Proficient in Python for scripting, automation, and ML pipeline development.

- Solid understanding of ML model monitoring, model drift, and data drift detection.

- Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) is a plus.

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is desirable.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with A/B testing for models in production.

- Exposure to ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud-based ML deployments.
