Full-Stack Developer

Role OverviewWe are building a proprietary analytics and recommendations platform for our performance marketing clients. The product will integrate data from Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and other marketing tools, store and process the data on cloud infrastructure, generate unified dashboards, and deliver actionable campaign recommendations.We are hiring a Full-Stack Developer who can own the end-to-end development of this platform—data pipelines, backend architecture, integrations, API handling, frontend UI, automation, analytics logic, and deployment.This is a builder role, ideal for someone excited about SaaS products, marketing analytics, and solving real agency problems through technology.Key Responsibilities1. API Integrations & Data EngineeringBuild secure API connectors forShopify Admin APIGoogle Ads APIMeta Marketing APIGA4 Data APIDevelop pipelines to fetch, normalize, transform, and store data from multiple sources.Maintain scheduled jobs, webhooks, retries, rate-limit handling, and token refresh logic.Implement ETL processes + mapping rules to combine ad spend, revenue, ROAS, attribution, customer data.2. Backend Development & Cloud InfrastructureDesign and maintain backend services (Node.js / Python / Go—your pick).Choose and manage scalable databases (Postgres / BigQuery / MongoDB).Build role-based authentication and secure client dashboards.Implement caching, performance optimization, logging, and monitoringDeploy and maintain on cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).3. Frontend Development & Dashboard UIBuild a clean, responsive web interface where clients can:Log inConnect their marketing platformsView dashboards, insights, recommendationsUse modern JS frameworks (React / Next.js preferred).Create charts, visualizations, and drill-down reports.4. Insights Engine & RecommendationsImplement functional logics developed by us to analyze:Campaign performanceROAS trendsBid insightsProduct-level salesChannel contributionImplement rule-based or ML-based recommendations for:Budget allocationBid adjustmentsCreative performanceAudience performanceSupport experimentation for future AI/LLM enhancements.5. Security, Compliance & GovernanceImplement OAuth, token encryption, data access controls.Ensure secure handling of client ad accounts, analytics accounts, Shopify accounts.Maintain audit trails, logs, and backup procedures.6. Collaboration & DocumentationWork directly with founders, media buyers, and analytics team to understand real use cases.Convert agency needs into technical requirements.Write SOPs, API documentation, and release notes.Participate in product roadmap planning and sprint execution.Required Skills & QualificationsMin 5 years of experience in full-stack development.Strong proficiency in Node.js / Python, REST APIs, microservices.Experience integrating external APIs (OAuth, rate limits, webhooks).Solid understanding of databases (SQL + NoSQL).Experience with React / Next.js for frontend.Hands-on experience with AWS / GCP deployment.Comfortable designing data models for analytics.Bonus / Preferred SkillsExperience with Google Ads API, Meta Ads API, Shopify API.Familiarity with GA4 data modeling.Experience with ETL tools or data warehousing (BigQuery, Snowflake).Experience with LLMs / AI-based analytics.Experience in building SaaS dashboards or marketing tech products.Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving mindset—ability to “figure things out”.Comfortable working in fast-paced product environment.Excellent communication skills.Ownership mentality—take projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.Curiosity about e-commerce, ads, and marketing analytics.What Makes This Role UniqueYou will be the first developer building a scalable SaaS product from scratch.Your decisions will define the architecture, tech stack, and product roadmap.You will directly work with performance marketers to translate real problems into elegant automation and insights.
