UI/UX Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Developer with 810 years of experience to redesign and enhance application screens using low-code/no-code platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of user interface design, particularly within Factory Operations or similar industrial environments. This role requires someone who can effectively collaborate with domain experts and product teams to deliver intuitive, efficient, and responsive designs optimized for factory users like operators, supervisors, and managers.

Key Responsibilities :


- Recreate, modernize, and enhance existing application screens using low-code/no-code tools.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to understand user needs, workflows, and pain points in factory settings.

- Design clean, intuitive, and responsive interfaces that cater to a wide range of users in industrial environments.

- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with usability standards.

- Implement design solutions that address real-world challenges of factory users while working within platform constraints.

- Apply responsive and accessible design principles to ensure usability across screens, roles, and operational contexts.

- Gather user feedback through usability testing and iterate designs accordingly.

- Ensure consistent design language, component reuse, and maintainability in all screens created using low-code platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 810 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and development.

- Proven experience working with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Mendix, OutSystems, Power Apps, Appian, etc.).

- Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices, interaction design, and human-centered design.

- Strong portfolio of past work showcasing web or app designs ideally for industrial or manufacturing domains.

- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Familiarity with Factory Operations, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or other industrial software workflows.

- Ability to design for touch-friendly, ruggedized, or constrained hardware used in shop-floor settings.

- Strong problem-solving and visual communication skills with keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills ability to explain design decisions and incorporate feedback effectively.
