About the Opportunity:
You will be joining our Bengaluru hub and will be primarily responsible for managing Digital Marketing campaigns like Google, Bing, Facebook and Instagram for our managed services customers, as well as maintaining the campaign taxonomies for our platform and ensuring end campaign success. This position requires an experienced Digital Marketing professional, with paid search & paid social marketing experience and a focus on direct response and ROI orientated campaigns. The right candidate must have strong US English language capabilities, strong math, be able to build positive relationships with co-workers, be digitally savvy, detail-oriented, and a hardworking professional able to work well in a team-oriented, client-focused and ROI-focused environment.
What you'll be doing:
Paid Search:
- Develop and execute effective paid search advertising strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.
- Setup Tracking for Clients based on their goals using tools like Google Ads, GA, GA4, & GTM etc.
- Conduct keyword research, analyze user behavior, and identify trends to optimize campaign performance.
- Trend and promotion calendar familiarity to work strategically to develop an ad promotional calendar.
- Create and manage PPC campaigns, ad groups, and ads that align with business goals and target audience.
- Analyze, report on and give recommendations for driving account growth on both top and bottom line KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush etc.
- Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for campaign optimization, including bid adjustments, ad copy updates, and landing page improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing team members, including copywriters, designers, and developers, to ensure consistency and effectiveness of messaging across all channels.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new advertising technologies and platforms.
- Provide regular reports and updates on campaign performance to stakeholders and management.
Paid Social:
- Create and set up new paid social campaigns for clients and partners.
- Support the Account Managers in the development and ongoing development of paid social strategies across Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat and .
- Upload new campaigns and all relevant changes moving forward, i.e. audience targeting, creatives
- Research and analyse new market trends and seasonality fluctuations and apply learnings to the campaign(s)
- Keep a tight grip on the market and competitor analysis to discover new opportunities and implement relevant changes.
- Conduct market and audience research, think laterally and creatively to produce campaigns, and identify relevant audiences.
- Work alongside the Audience & Data Insights Team and use our social listening tools to identify and build an understanding of our clients/prospects' target audiences and trends.
- Create compelling ads for clients considering tone and brand.
- Analyse and use conversion tracking data to further optimize and develop campaigns
- Prepare analysis for client monthly and quarterly review meetings.
- Ensure day-to-day operations are aligned with campaign strategies and commercial goals.
- Ensure work is prioritized and implemented based on agreed deadlines.
- Contribute to client weekly calls including updating WIP's/roadmaps or client logs.
- Respond to client requests/emails when applicable to your deliverables and priorities.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Mentor and guide junior marketing specialists within the POD, sharing best practices and strategic insights.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development through regular training and workshops.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions within the POD to generate innovative campaign ideas and creative strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for POD accounts, ensuring seamless communication and client satisfaction.
- Lead strategy development and execution for POD accounts, aligning marketing initiatives with client goals.
- Monitor the performance of POD accounts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead or actively participate in POD meetings, providing performance updates, strategic recommendations, and innovative ideas.
- Handle escalations and troubleshoot performance issues, proposing strategic solutions.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Master's Degree in Media, Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5+ years within digital performance agency responsible for delivering against performance targets.
- Previous experience with Social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
- Previous experience with Paid Media (Google Ads, Bing, etc.)
- Certification as a PPC specialist or paid search specialist is beneficial.
- Strong client-facing skills, understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, building partnerships.
- Able to work in high pressure environment and resolve client issues.
- Able to work collaboratively across teams.
- Analytical and strategical knowledge
- Demonstrates honesty and integrity.
- Knowledge and understanding of Web Analytics (considered an asset)
- Advanced level MS Office skills: Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's), Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items, while effectively managing changing priorities
- Familiarity with Google Ads & Bing ads Tracking setup and Facebook tracking pixels and business manager ecosystem.
