Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Experience: 2+ years

CTC: upto 6 LPA (depending on the experience )

Location: Mumbai


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our IT solutions, cloud technology, and cybersecurity offerings.
  • Profile and analyze customer data to identify potential leads and target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, with a focus on IT solutions, cloud technology, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong ability to profile and analyze customer data for lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
