You’ll be the bridge between design, suppliers, and internal departments — ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent communication at every step. If you thrive in organized systems, enjoy collaborating across teams, and have a keen eye for detail, this role is a great fit.What You’ll Do • Review and approve QC (Quality Control) reports • Manage document redaction and other general administrative documentation • Order product samples for photography or internal review • Create briefs for external partners and suppliers • Request, collect, and organize assets from suppliers and/or buyers • Generate and maintain barcodes and GTIN-14 codes Design Team Support. • Monitor task progress across the design team . • Track project timelines and proactively notify the. team when tasks shift in priority or become overdue. • Reorganize and maintain digital folders to ensure all main files are properly labelled and up to date. • Support the design team with day-to-day coordination and project organization by maintaining a monthly calendar .What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree inbusiness administration , orDesign Management(or equivalent experience). At least minimum2 years of administrative or operations experience , in a creative or design-focused team. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
