JL Intellicore, promoted by LAKSON Technology Private Limited, a chennai based promising startup is developing a customer intelligence platform for BFSI vertical named (Crescendo). CRESCENDO is an AI-driven SaaS platform that manages the entire customer lifecycle—from lead generation and conversion to onboarding, retention, upselling, collections, and customer support. By integrating advanced analytics, process automation, and AI-powered decisioning, the platform empowers businesses to enhance customer experience, drive growth, and reduce churn.
Actively looking for on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer / Co-Founder based in Chennai. The CTO/Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing software development, defining IT strategy, and architecting robust technology solutions. The role includes managing projects, driving product development, and ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Software Development and Product Development
- Proven experience in Project Management
- Strong skills in IT Strategy and Architecture
- Leadership skills with the ability to drive technological innovation
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in the digital platform industry is a plus
- Experience in BFSI domain will be an added advantage
