A day in the life:

As the Manager for the India Technology Hub Team, you will be providing leadership to a growing team of Technology team including Engineers, Analysts, Project & Program managers. You will be responsible for ensuring that your team has the right players, tools, acumen, and processes to implement a strategic vision and a impeccable delivery. This role is required to influence and enroll without authority and work with global teams from both technology and the business.


Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Foster a diverse team with a positive, supportive, growth-oriented, security-minded culture
  • Promote servant-leadership, team health, and entrepreneurship while evangelizing individual strengths for optimizing team velocity
  • Promote process and tool best practices and optimization across programs and projects
  • Participate and collaborate with analysts and engineers to ensure balance of optimal results and ROI
  • Ensure contributor tasks are carried out, providing coaching, counsel, and discipline as needed
  • Plan and evolve team to effectively support both contributor and department goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, enhance, and maintain documented processes and procedures
  • Ensure the ITH team and certain international partners are organized, trained, and equipped to resolve operations issues with applications and platforms supported
  • Provide scheduled updates and plans to cross-functional leadership teams
  • Clearly communicate strategy and vision for ITH team and provide plans, needs, and risks to accomplishment.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of people leadership experience in the Technology management
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in leadership roles in high stakes environments with large-scale programs
  • Has a demonstrated ability to assess complex business programs and translate them into deliverables within the triple constraint of scope, budget and quality
  • Possesses experience working with other markets to achieve shared goals
  • Has a willingness to build out teams, processes, and procedures in nebulous environments
  • Demonstrate passion for inspiring and empowering people
  • Proactive with ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Well organized, detail oriented, analytical thinker and problem-solver
  • Collaborative team player across internal and external cross-functional teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and group dynamic skills
  • Experience in Retail and PLM background will be an additional advantage.
