JSP exports its diversified product portfolio to 22+ countries.About the Role:Operations Head(Operations) -Coal Washery"Head (Maintenance) – Coal Washery/ Coal Handling Plant"(Operations) ResponsibilitiesRoot cause analysis for failures & implementation of corrective actionsMaintain spares inventory & liaise with vendors.Ensure compliance with safety, statutory & environmental normsImplement Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM initiatives for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and minimizing waste.Responsible for timely execution of as a leader.Code of conduct, SAP, TOC & 411 awarenessProcess Safety Management & maintaining 5-S (Seiri (Sort), Seiton (Set in Order), Seiso (Shine), Seiketsu (Standardize), and Shitsuke (Sustain)).Project Handling related to Coal Handling ,Bulk Material Hand , coal (beneficiated coal)Coal Washery Operations & Distribution of Coal FieldMaintenance of crushers, screens, stackers, conveyors, pumps, thickeners, feeders, HM cyclones, etc. QualificationsB.E. /B.Tech /Diploma in Mining/ Mechanical/ Mineral Processing /Civil Preferred SkillsTotal Quality Management technical expertise,Operational leadership Safety compliance Strategic managementSafety Compliance, Health & Environment (SHE) CompetencePreventive, predictive & shutdown maintenance planning.
