LTIFR, near misses, compliance.Close coordination with Technology suppliers.Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM initiatives for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and minimizing waste.Responsible for timely execution of project as a leader.Code of conduct, SAP, TOC & 411 awarenessStrong communication and presentation skillProcess Safety Management & maintaining 5-S ( Seiri (Sort), Seiton (Set in Order), Seiso (Shine), Seiketsu (Standardize), and Shitsuke (Sustain)Education Required :B.E. /B.Tech /Chemical/ Petro-chemical EngineeringExperiences Required :Minimum 15-20 Years of Experience in Petro Chemical/Refinery/fertilizer industry
