Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee month-end closing, general ledger scrutiny, and finalization of accounts.

- Prepare accurate financial statements and comprehensive management reports.

- Lead internal and statutory audits, ensuring 100% compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Manage TDS, GST, Income Tax, and all other statutory obligations effectively.

- Collaborate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and statutory bodies to maintain smooth financial operations.

- Provide financial insights and analysis to leadership to support strategic decision-making.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience.

- Proven expertise in financial management, statutory compliance, and audits.

- Strong knowledge of direct and indirect taxation (TDS, GST, Income Tax).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
