Role : Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 5+ years

What Youll Do :

- Lead requirements gathering through discovery workshops, interviews, and whiteboarding

- Translate complex business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements

- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and designers to validate solutions

- Define business rules, workflows, and system integration needs for new features

- Configure and test loyalty program rules, rewards, redemptions, and campaigns

- Ensure loyalty platforms work seamlessly with CRM, POS, mobile apps, and reporting systems

- Debug issues, identify root causes, and drive effective resolutions

- Prepare user guides, manuals, playbooks, and process flows for business and client teams

- Create structured user stories with acceptance criteria for agile teams

- Act as the liaison between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams

What Were Looking For :

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Excellent communication skills to translate technical details into business-friendly language

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, and ability to use SQL for data validation

- Comfortable working with Jira, Confluence, and other agile collaboration tools

- Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, dynamic environments

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with developers, testers, product owners, and client teams
