Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-level strategic account plans to foster team and account growth.
- Leverage advanced knowledge of social media, influencer marketing, paid media, SEO, tech, and e-commerce to craft comprehensive account strategies.
- Lead the planning and execution of impactful 360 integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Conduct extensive research to gather insights, inform strategies, and optimize campaigns.

- Integrate mainline marketing strategies into campaign planning and execution.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in an agency environment at an Account Executive or Manager level.
- Expertise in digital channels, including PPC, SEO, content marketing, social media, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong understanding of how digital integrates with and complements general marketing strategies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with experience liaising with senior-level clients.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
