Our mission is to provide exceptional security solutions, enabling businesses to thrive with confidence.Role Description We are seeking a highly skilledZscaler Engineerwith deep expertise inZscaler Internet Access (ZIA)to provide short-term technical and architectural support for our enterprise security environment. The ideal engineer will combine strategic design capabilities with strong hands-on troubleshooting skills to optimize configurations, improve performance, and enhance user access across a global Zscaler deployment. Key Responsibilities• Serve as thesubject matter expertfor ZIA configuration, policy restructuring, and performance optimization • Analyze and refine current ZIA policies to enhance both security posture and end-user experience • Troubleshoot complex connectivity, authentication, and policy enforcement issues • Resolve challenges with Zscaler Client Connector deployment, integration, and user onboarding • Providearchitectural recommendations and implementation supportfor Zscaler best practices • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security Operations, and IT Support teams to ensure seamless adoption • Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides for ZIA environment management Required Skills and Qualifications•4+ yearsof hands-on experience administering and architectingZscaler Internet Access (ZIA)environments • Strong background inpolicy configuration, SSL inspection, user authentication, and traffic routing • Proven experience integrating Zscaler withAzure AD, MFA, Intune, or JAMFfor identity and endpoint management • Excellent understanding ofnetwork protocols(DNS, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, VPN, GRE/IPSec tunnels) • Ability to conduct root-cause analysis, optimize Zscaler performance, and deliver quick remediation • Experience balancing architectural planning with direct hands-on execution • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have• Exposure toZscaler Private Access (ZPA)orCloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) • Familiarity withproxy migration projectsor hybrid network transitions • Experience withscripting or automation(PowerShell, Python, or API-based automation for Zscaler)
