Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure a smooth recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing:
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

2.Candidate Screening:

  • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the technical and cultural fit requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  1. Interview Coordination:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide candidates with detailed information about the role, company culture, and interview process.

4.Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

5.Offer Management:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of job offers to selected candidates.
  • Negotiate offers within the guidelines set by HR and hiring managers.

6.Recruitment Strategy:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to improve recruitment effectiveness.

7.Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities and provide regular reports to management.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within an in-house or agency setting.
  • Familiarity with various IT roles and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software developers, network engineers, and IT support staff.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment and selection.
