As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our ESD furniture division by engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored solutions.

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager with a passion for ESD furniture solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the technical aspects of ESD protection. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and prioritize potential clients in industries requiring ESD protection, such as electronics manufacturing, laboratories, and cleanrooms. Utilize various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals to generate leads.

 

  1. Consultative Sales: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific requirements of each client. Educate clients on the benefits of ESD furniture solutions and recommend products that meet their needs and budget.

   

  1. Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals and quotations outlining the recommended ESD furniture solutions, including specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of proposals.
  2. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, including key decision-makers and influencers. Act as a trusted advisor by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and offering solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Sales Negotiation and Closing: Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections, negotiate terms, and secure orders. Maintain a proactive approach throughout the sales cycle to drive momentum and achieve sales targets.
  4. Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize sales opportunities effectively using CRM software. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and deal status to provide visibility into the sales pipeline.
  5. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to ESD protection and furniture solutions. Use market insights to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales of minimum 10 years, preferably in the furniture or technology industry.
  • Should have experience handling project with well-known Interiors related contractors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
