Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant to join our team. The IAM Consultant will be responsible for assessing, designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions for our clients to enhance their security posture, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and streamline access management processes.

We are looking for professionals with Identity and Access Management experience in Azure AD, SailPoint, Ping Federate, ForgeRock, Okta, CyberArk, Saviynt for consulting role.


Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing IAM infrastructures for customers.

- Identify gaps and areas for improvement in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare people, process, and technology gaps with existing implementation of IAM solution.

- Create Target state conceptual IAM Architecture that is product agnostic and platform independent to meet the future IAM business objectives.

- Review and compare existing industry standards in IAM and their effectiveness in line with customer's goals.

- Provide recommendations and guidance to address non-standard processes, organizational considerations and IAM product as required to strengthen IAM practices and process, in line with industry standards.

- Able to conduct solution/product demonstrations, workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements.

- Prepare multi-year implementation roadmap and strategic plan.

Skills required :

- Candidate should have overall 8+ years of experience in implementing Identity and Access Management project in any of the IAM product suite (SailPoint, Azure AD, CyberArk, Ping Federate, Okta, ForgeRock, Saviynt).

- Proficiency in IAM tools and technologies (i.e., Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, SailPoint, Ping Identity, CyberArk, Beyond Trust).

- Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as RBAC, MFA, SSO, and identity governance.

- Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and integrations.

- Experience in carrying out applications integration with IAM solutions dealing with (provisioning, workflows) Single Sign-On, PKI concept.

- Understanding of user lifecycle management process.

- Understanding of the concept of access certification, SoD, etc.

- Understanding of Federation concepts like SAML 2.0, Open-ID, WS-FED.

- Understanding of integration with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution.

- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.

- Client Interfacing skills.

- One or two industry domain knowledge.

- Project and Team Management.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Good documentation, articulation, and presentation skills.

- Willing to explore new and emerging IAM technologies.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information.
