We are currently seeking a Senior IAM Security Solutions Architect to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Summary

The Senior IAM Security Solutions Architect will be responsible for leading the team and preparing test strategy, test specifications, assisting in SIT and providing UAT support. This role will ensure that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify existing or potential issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the team and prepare test strategy, test specifications, assist in SIT and provide UAT support
- Ensure that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify existing or potential issues.
- Work in cross-functional team environment and liaise between the development / testing teams and the client to cascade the testing details
- Develop and establish quality assurance standards and measures for the IAM services within the organization.
- Gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements.
- Apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate IAM applications through careful testing
- Collaborate with software/systems personnel in application testing, such as system, unit, regression, load, and acceptance testing methods.
- Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management.
- Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of quality assurance best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3 years experience of Identity and Access Management standards, principles, and practices.
- 3 years' experience of Test Analyst in a large-scale environment.
- 3 years of experience in one or more of the following IAM technologies:
1. Saviynt for access governance

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
