Operations Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient service delivery.

- Develop and implement operational strategies, procedures, and standards to

improve service quality and delivery.

- Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure targets are met and address any deviations promptly.

2. Resource Planning and Allocation :

- Allocate resources effectively to meet operational needs and ensure optimal team performance.

- Work with other departments to coordinate resources and resolve operational bottlenecks.

3. Team Leadership :

- Lead, coach, and develop team members, setting performance goals and conducting regular reviews.

- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement.

4. Project Management :

- Oversee the planning and execution of operational projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Identify project risks and work proactively to mitigate them.

5. Process Improvement :

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Use data and metrics to analyze operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

6. Stakeholder Communication :

- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing issues and keeping them informed of project and service status.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on goals and expectations and to gather feedback for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).

- Experience : 5 - 10 years of experience in operational management, service delivery, or project management.

- Technical Skills : Familiarity with operational software, CRM systems, ITIL and project management tools.

- Certifications : Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are advantageous.
