Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator Intern is an essential part of our sales team, assisting with managing proposals, handling data, tracking deals, and ensuring effective communication across departments. This internship provides the opportunity to optimize sales processes, track deal progress, and support the team in achieving sales targets efficiently. The intern will gain hands-on experience by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and will be evaluated for a potential pre-placement offer (PPO).
Primary Responsibilities
Proposal Management:
- Assist in preparing, organizing, and tracking sales proposals.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals to clients.
Deal Tracking:
- Help in tracking deals through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closure.
- Ensure all relevant details are recorded and updated in the CRM system.
Data Gathering:
- Coordinate with internal departments (Program Managers, Operations, Tech) to gather necessary insights and data.
- Support the sales process and decision-making.
Sales Support:
- Provide administrative and operational support to Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Enterprise Sales Managers (ESMs).
- Schedule meetings, track follow-ups, and maintain progress on deals.
Sales Outreach Enablement:
- Create and prepare presentations, reports, and other sales collateral for meetings and outreach activities.
Cross-Department Coordination:
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams (Operations, Tech) to ensure smooth workflows.
- Provide the sales team with necessary resources and ensure customer needs are met effectively.
Report Creation:
- Assist in creating consolidated reports, providing insights on sales performance, progress, and department-specific metrics.
Profit Evaluation:
- Support the evaluation of profit margins and performance of initiatives.
- Assist in profit and loss assessments (PNL) and overall execution effectiveness.
Invoice Management:
- Collaborate with the Sales Team, Clients, and Accounts Department to manage invoicing.
- Ensure timely clearance of invoices.
Requirements
Experience:
- Fresh graduates or final-year students pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Prior internship experience in sales coordination or administrative support roles is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Sheets, Slides), Canva, and CRM tools (e.g., Freshworks, Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and profit margins.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sales support roles in IT, SaaS, or technology sectors is a plus.
