This role is based in our Portfolio office in Gurgaon Sector-50. The Cluster Revenue Manager will improve the performance of 12 Holiday Inn Express Hotels portfolio by defining revenue management strategy through insights and support to the team on achieving commercial goals.


Responsibilities

  • Setting up pricing and yielding strategy for Hotels
  • Review Market Demand and Performance reports
  • Monitor key trends, forward booking data and make changes to strategies
  • Conduct Market Review meetings
  • Work with the Marketing team to implement guidance
  • Review commercial performance under the guidance
  • from Commercial Leaders
  • Implement strategies set for commercial goals
  • Analyze Performance data
  • Identify and map trends to draw winning strategies for commercial and operational success
  • Support commercial Functions in achieving goals


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience of Independently Managing Hotels Pricing and implementing commercial strategy
  • Understanding of RMS
  • Quick Learner and ability to adapt
  • Data Analysis and presentations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Budgeting and forecasting
