Description :Job Title : Lead Backend EngineerLocation : Hyderabad HybridRole Overview :We are seeking an accomplished Lead Backend Engineer to architect, develop, and lead backend engineering initiatives for enterprise-scale digital platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in C#, .NET, Node.js, and modern database technologies (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server), with strong exposure to Cloud, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.As a hands-on technical leader, you will be responsible for guiding teams in building high-performance, secure, and scalable backend architectures, ensuring code quality, automation, and technical excellence across all development phases.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using C#/.NET and Node.js.- Define and implement architecture frameworks to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.- Drive DevOps adoption including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud-native deployments.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, product, QA, and DevOps) to deliver end-to-end solutions.- Mentor and lead a team of engineers, promoting best practices in coding, design patterns, and software craftsmanship.- Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to standards, and continuously improve the development process.- Lead efforts in system optimization, performance tuning, and monitoring for high-availability systems.- Work closely with architecture teams to align backend solutions with business goals and enterprise vision.- Stay updated on emerging backend technologies and introduce innovative solutions to improve platform efficiency.Required Skills & Experience :Total Experience : 9+ years in software development with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.Technical Expertise :Languages/Frameworks : C#, .NET Core, Node.jsDatabases : MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or SQL ServerDevOps & Cloud : CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCPArchitecture : Microservices, RESTful API design, Event-driven systems, Domain-driven design- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, version control (Git), and test automation.- Experience in leading agile development teams and driving technical delivery.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
