About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Fieldglass Implementation & Support Consultant to join our team. This critical role involves both hands-on implementation of SAP Fieldglass solutions and ensuring the seamless, stable operation of our live production environment.

You will be instrumental in troubleshooting issues, providing expert user support, and optimizing our contingent workforce management platform. Key Responsibilities :

SAP Fieldglass Implementation (Mandatory) :

- Lead or significantly contribute to the end-to-end implementation of SAP Fieldglass modules and functionalities, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.

- Translate business requirements into effective Fieldglass solutions, ensuring best practices and optimal system utilization.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and configure new processes within the Fieldglass platform.

Incident Management & System Stability :

- Proactively monitor the SAP Fieldglass system for errors, performance bottlenecks, and potential disruptions in a live production environment.

- Rapidly diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, including data inconsistencies, system crashes, integration failures, and user access problems.

- Prioritize and effectively escalate critical issues to relevant internal teams or SAP Fieldglass support when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.

- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventative measures to enhance system stability and reliability.

User Support & Training :

- Provide expert-level technical assistance and timely responses to user queries related to Fieldglass functionalities. This includes support for requisition creation, worker profile management, timesheet submission, invoice processing, and reporting.

- Conduct training sessions and develop user documentation to empower end-users on best practices and new features within the SAP Fieldglass system.

- Act as a trusted advisor to business users, guiding them on effective use of the Maintenance & Optimization :

- Perform regular system health checks, data reconciliation, and configuration reviews.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within the Fieldglass landscape.

- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of the platform.

Required Qualifications :

Experience : Proven experience of 5-8 Years of experience in SAP Fieldglass, with mandatory hands-on implementation experience.

Technical Proficiency :

- Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP Fieldglass modules and capabilities (e.g., Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement, Vendor Management).

- Strong understanding of Fieldglass configurations, integrations (e.g., with SAP ERP, HRIS systems), and reporting functionalities.

- Familiarity with data migration and system upgrade processes in Fieldglass.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP Certification in Fieldglass.

- Experience with other VMS (Vendor Management Systems) or contingent workforce technologies.

- Knowledge of ITIL best practices for incident and problem management.
